I met Kathy at pretty nails Grimsby in 2008 immediately I felt like we were long lost friends! She spoke so fondly of her hubby and family! We lost touch but would see each other from time to time when shopping around town! This past summer we were reunited at one of Chelsea Crites events and we laughed together picking up where we left off! Kathy was a gem I will miss her very much! My heart goes out to her entire family and friends! May God bless you and be all that you need!

We had the privilege of getting to know Kathy at Lifetime Vision Centre in Fonthill over the past several years. Never at a loss for words, (her nickname at work was "chatty Kathy") she had a way of making clients feel right at home. It was always so apparent how much she loved her family. We will certainly miss her sense of humour, smile and heart of gold. Most profound sympathies to you Jim and Mike at this difficult time.

Heaven has certainly gained a special angel, and we have lost one. Kathy was a warm, loving, and doting wife, mother and friend. She has left a space in our hearts that will forever be void, yet I know we will have a chance to talk again ... never a "Debbie Downer" - she was a bright light that still shines, and will do so forever. Our deepest condolences to Jim, Mike, Helen and Terry - we're here if you need us as you go through the days ahead without her. Rest in Peace Kathy <3

We met Kathy when our sons hockey career began. For many years our sons were like brothers, spending many hours together in school and at the arena. Through all of this we got the know Kathy and her family very well. She was always smiling, always positive, and was always the person to be sure everyone was looked after and happy. She will be missed by many. Our deepest sympathies to Jim, MIke, Helen, Terry and family.

I am the daughter of one of Kathy's colleagues, and Kathy would come around to our house every year. I never even know Kathy beyond this short intervals, and even then, she was this huge, joyous, generous spirit that I would look forward to seeing every year. She made the blanket for my son when he was born that he still sleeps with today, and was there when he spoke his first word. She always spoke with such love about her husband and son, and I remember thinking that she was the type of person that everyone should strive to be. A huge loss, and a tragedy for us all. The only joy is that she lived and that we knew her at all.
