Obituary of Nell Korten

How lovely is your dwelling place, O Lord Almighty! My soul yearns, even faints, for the courts of the Lord; my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God. Psalm 84: 1-2 Having lived a full blessed life, Nell passed away peacefully at home and is now in Heaven with her Saviour, Jesus . Her life was a living testimony to her family that she was a child of God. Survived by her loving husband of 53 years, G. Albert Korten. Loving mother and grandmother to: Adrian and Beatrice Korten (Thailand) - Jonny, Micah, Larissa; John and Judy Korten (Appin) - Nathan, Joshua, Erica, Cassandra, Kristin; Trudy and Gerald Bruulsema (Ancaster) - Alyssa, Janine, Nicolas, Luc. The family will receive friends at the Immanuel United Reformed Church, 2900 Fourth Ave., Jordan on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral service will be held at the Church on Saturday January 24 at 2pm with interment prior to service. If desired, memorial donations to a Christian School of choice or Wycliffe Bible Translators.
