Obituary of Damian Swayze-Siemens

Swayze-Siemens, Damian - We are sad to announce our son Damian Peter Donald Swayze has passed away peacefully in his sleep due to S.I.D.S. on Monday, March 2, 2015 at 5 months of age. He will great greatly missed by all his family and friends, especially his parents Ashley and Kyle, grandparents Shelly (Mark), Peter, Don (Kerry), great grandparents and great great grandma, aunts, uncles and cousins. Rest in Peace our little angel. Funeral will be held at the Vineland Chapel of Tallman Funeral Homes on Tuesday, March 10, at 1pm will visitation from 11 - 1 preceding the service. Interment at Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
