Obituary of Caroline Julien

Julien, Caroline Henriette (nee Schroeder) - Passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at Albright Manor, Beamsville at age 89. Predeceased by husband Bruce Edward Julien (2014). Also predeceased by brother Carl (Edith) Schroeder. She is survived by son Don (Cathy) Julien and daughter Elaine (Paul) Carey. Also survived by 6 grandchildren. Caroline was originally from Thunder Bay. She and her husband Bruce moved to Beamsville in 1955. Both were active members of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Beamsville. Caroline joined the Girl Guides and served as Leader, Captain, District Commissioner, Treasurer and Craft Instructor for the Niagara area. She was made an Honorary Life Member for 60 years of service. She continued her craft work at Albright Manor until her passing. Funeral Service will be held at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church 4260 Queen Street, Beamsville on Thursday, July 23 at 11:00am with visiting for one hour beginning at 10am until the time of service. Interment to follow at Mount Osborne Cemetery. Many thanks to the 3rd floor staff at Albright Manor for their loving care. Donations can be made to St. Andrew's Church or the Canadian Cancer Society.
