We were very shocked and sad to hear the news. Mickey and I were very close at intersecting times in our lives: we started school together in NS; our families lived together for a time; in Manitoba we lived across the street and went to school together; years later reconnected in Niagara; shared many special mutual musical friends, etc. Although apart, Mickey was always a very dear and near cousin. Our condolences to Mom and the entire family.
