Obituary of Ernie Epp

Epp, Ernie - Passed away peacefully at home with family by his side on August 22nd, 2015 at the age of 62. Missed and loved by his wife Kathy, cherished father of Melissa (Ryan), Sara, and Jessica (Chris) and proud papa to Charlie. Ernie will be deeply missed by his family and friends and will forever be remembered as “The Fonz” by his colleagues at the Niagara Parks Commission. Following his retirement from the NPC, Ernie continued his passion for horticulture by growing canna lilies that are seen today throughout the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. A special thank you for all the care given by Dr. Berti and ParaMed staff, especially nurse Irene. The family will receive friends at Calvary Church, 89 Scott Street, St. Catharines on Thursday August 27th from 7-9 pm. Following a private burial, funeral services will be held at the church on Friday, August 28th at 11:00 am. Donations may be made to Hospice Niagara or N-O-T-L Community Palliative Care.
