Obituary of James Edward Cushnie

Cushnie, James Edward - On November 21, 2015, surrounded by his family James Edward Cushnie peacefully went home to be with his Lord and Saviour, in his 82nd year. James is survived by Bernice (Perkin) his wife of 63 years and his 4 children Patricia & Gerald Masney, Edward & Lynn Cushnie, Barbara & Paul Biega, Gordon & Lisa Cushnie. He was also blessed with 16 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Lovingly remembered by his brothers George, Alex (Thelma), Donald (Joan) and Kenneth (Gloria) and many wonderful nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a son James Edward, both his parents, George & Florence, his sister Florence and her husband (Bill) Atkinson, and a sister-in-law Elmarie. Visitation will take place on Thursday, November 26 at Calvary Gospel Church, 4126 Hixon St., Beamsville from 2-4, 7-8:30pm. Funeral Service will take place at the church on Friday, November 27 at 11:00am with private family interment preceding in Vineland Cemetery.
