Obituary of Marilyn Jean Schwenker

Schwenker, Marilyn Jean - Peacefully at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 in her 87th year. Predeceased by her husbands Gordon Schwenker (2011) and Lorne Perry (1969). Dear mother of Lenora (Alan) Thoms, Lorne (Julie) Perry, Wilma (late Peter) Farley, Phillip (Sharon) Perry and stepmother of Bob Schwenker. Predeceased by brother Inman (late Katie) Horton and stepson Dan Schwenker. She will be missed by her grandchildren and great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Also survived by her sisters Nora (late Ed) Johancsik, and Wilma (late Joe) Wall, and her brother Manley (Judy) Horton. She will be greatly missed by her canine friends Yukon and Meryka. The family will receive friends at the Vineland Chapel of TALLMAN FUNERALHOMES, 3277 King St. on Friday, Dec. 4 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 8:30 p.m. The funeral service will be on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at Christ Lutheran Church, 140 Russell Avenue, St. Catharines. The interment will be at St. John's Cemetery in Jordan. Donations to the Haiti Lutheran Mission Society, 400 Glenridge Ave, St. Catharines, L2T 3N2, would be appreciated.
