Obituary of Violet Lillian Clarke

Clarke, Violet (Vi) Lillian On Tuesday, December 29, 2015, at the age of 77, Vi peacefully passed away after a brief illness at West Lincoln Memorial Hospital with her loving family surrounding her. Predeceased by her husband, Norm Clarke, in 1976 she is survived, and sorely missed by, her friend and partner, Albert, her children, Larry (Linda), Violet (Ron), Norm, Valerie (Stan) and Lois (Chris), and by 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter. She was lovingly devoted to her family who always came first. For many years she enjoyed the bowling league at Grand Lanes in Grimsby, she was an avid reader and couldn’t resist a crossword puzzle. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Cremation has taken place and visitation will be at the Tallman Funeral Home – 4998 King St., Beamsville on Saturday, January 9, 2016 from 2 – 4 p.m. followed by a private Celebration of Life
