Obituary of Meredith (Merry) Grace Jacklin

Jacklin, Meredith (Merry) Grace - Passed away peacefully, at the age of 74, on Monday, January 11, 2016 at Hospice Niagara. Merry was born March 15, 1941 in Jordan Station to the late Keith & Grace (Honsberger) Jacklin. Merry was a graduate of the Mack School of Nursing in 1962 and worked as a pediatric Registered Nurse throughout her career; retiring in 1996 from the role of pediatric charge nurse at the St.Catharines General Hospital. Merry will be greatly missed by Frank Eborall and his children Clint (Denise), Clay (Tammy), Cliff (Heather) and his grandchildren Sandra, Samuel, Jacob, Paige, Hannah, Abby and Grace. Never forgotten by sister Dawn Jacklin and nieces Elizabeth (Jules) de Tibeiro, Sharron (Ed) Salins, Kerri (Len) Phelan, Kimberley (Sean) Bowen and nephew Dax (Sarah) Jacklin. She also leaves behind great nieces and nephews Joaquim, Kelyalynn, Merryck, Sareenah-Rose, Jonathan, Christopher, Audrey, Morgan, Erin and Tyler. Predeceased by brothers Lynn and Lance Jacklin. We wish to thank the staff and volunteers at Hospice Niagara for their compassionate care during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Niagara would be appreciated the family. Cremation has taken place. Family & friends will gather on Friday, January 15, 2016 from 2-4pm at the Tallman Fireside Room, 3277 King St. Vineland to share memories of Merry.
