Obituary of Marion Helen Ballinger

Ballinger, Marion Helen - Marion died on February 12, 2016. She is survived by Dick, her husband of 64 years, two sons, Marcus and Matthew, daughters-in-law, Christine and Kelly. She will also be missed by her four grandchildren, Jacob, Nolan, Lauren, and Luke. Marion has two sisters and their families, living in England. Marion was a life member of Garden City Productions and of The May Court Club. She received a Cora Bailey Award for her volunteer work with the Retired Women Teachers of Ontario and two volunteer awards from the City of St. Catharines for her 36 years as a volunteer librarian at the Children's Centre School. Cremation has already taken place. According to her wishes, there will be no visitation or memorial service. However, the family would welcome donations to the Ballinger Memorial Fund at the Niagara Children's Centre School, 567 Glenridge, St. Catharines, L2T 4C2.
