Fortney, Patrick A. - Passed away at his home on Thursday, February 25, 2016, at the age of 64 years. Beloved husband of Linda and dear father of Kathleen (Steve) Fortin and Lydia (William) Van Dyk. Loving grandfather of Karysa, Catherine and Jonathan. Son of Kathleen Fortney and brother of Curtis & Len Fortney. The family will receive friends at the Vineland Chapel of Tallman Funeral Homes, 3277 King St. Vineland on Wednesday from 1pm. The funeral service will begin at 2pm. A reception will follow in the Tallman Fireside Room.
