Louise Sinke (Debat)

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. (Psalm 91:1)

It has pleased the Lord to take unto Himself on Monday, January 24, 2022, our dear wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother Mrs. Louise Sinke of Vineland at the age of 88.

Beloved wife of Jack Sinke for over 65 years. Dear mother of Jackie Westerink (Frank), Sandra Sinke, David Sinke (Marcia) and Joanne Teunissen (Lance). Loving grandmother of Jessica (Aaron), Hendrik, Geraldine (Rick), Rebecca (Jan), Johanna (Arn), Arie, Ian (Crystal), Matthew, Grace, William, Gareth, Lowell, Ruth, Derek, Lydia, Joel and Esther.Dear great-grandmother of Liam, Luke, Owen, Nathan and Benjamin.

Sister to Tina Brouwer. Sister-in-law to Cora Debat, Jake Sinke and Joanne Erkelens.

Predeceased by her parents Hermanus and Thona Debat, brothers Marinus, Herb, and John Debat and her sisters Anna Sinke, Johanna Overbeek and Maat Bolle.

Also predeceased by several brothers and sisters-in-law of the Debat and Sinke family.

All of the current Covid-19 protocols will be followed including the wearing of masks.

Family and friends are welcomed for visitation at the Netherlands Reformed Congregation at At 1142 Lakeshore Rd. West, St. Catharines on Saturday, January 29 from 2 – 4 pm.

The funeral service will be held at the church on Monday, January 31 at 11:00 am D.V. with Rev. A.H. Verhoef officiating. Interment to follow at Vineland Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Eben-ezer Christian School would be appreciated.
