1953-2024

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mom Patty, on Monday February 26^th, 2024, at the age of 70. She will be greatly missed by her children Ericka (Dave) and Leslie (Vojislav) and by her Grandchildren, Alexa, Nathan, Julia, Ryan, Isaac and Natasha. Beloved sister of Judi (John) and Doug (Jeri).

Patty worked for many years for Lincoln Post Express and then the St. Catharines Standard where she made lifelong friendships along the way including Suzanne and Laurie, who’s help and support have been invaluable.

More like sisters than friends, Jan, Stephanie and the late Wendy spent many vacations together, creating memories throughout their 30 + year friendship that Patty cherished beyond measure. Thank you for always standing beside her, and for your unwavering support.

Patty was known for her incredible baking skills and her beautiful plants and gardens. She loved spending time at the beach, immersed in the sounds of waves crashing, surrounded by sunshine and reading a book.

Patty’s love was deep and fierce, and nothing meant more to her than her family and friends. She had incredible resilience and strength, and her kindness and unwavering love will continue to keep us strong until we meet again.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will occur during her favourite season this summer.
