Obituary of Jacob Boldt

With broken hearts we announce that our dad Jacob Boldt went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday March 7, 2024 at SCGH at the age of 86.

He will be loved and forever cherished by his loving wife Martha (Friesen) of 55 years, his daughters Wendy (Dave) Moran, Christine Dilts, son Robert (Cheryl) Boldt; grandchildren Austin (Briar) Moran, Chelsea Moran, Mackenzie Dyck (Jake), Tristan Dyck, Haiden Dilts, Zachery Dilts and their father Todd Dilts. Special (Great) Opa to Arya Moran. 

Predeceased by his siblings Anna Boldt, Frieda (Isaaak) Neufeld, Mary Boldt, Suzie ( Jake ) Neufeld and John Boldt. He is lovingly remembered by his siblings Helene Boldt, Peter (Fern) Boldt, and sister in law Lisa Boldt, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Jake was a long time employee to his brother John's business John Boldt Builders.

We would like to send a special thank you to all the wonderful Nursing and PSW staff at Westhills Care Centre as well as the doctors and nursing staff who cared for him in his final hours (SCGH).

Visitation: The family will be receiving friends and family on Tuesday March 12,2024 from 6:00pm - 7:30pm and Wednesday March 13 at 10:00am. Service to follow at 11:00am at Tallman Funeral Home (3277 King St., Vineland.)
