Obituary of Marvin Gordon Hartwick

Marvin Gordon Hartwick, husband of Shirley (Groff), of Port Colborne passed away at home on Monday March 25, 2024 at the age of 79. 

Marvin was the proud father of Tim (Gaye), Terry (Patty), Trevor (Christine) and Tracey (Chris). Marvin will be remembered by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Marvin is lovingly remembered by his sister Maureen Vanarnhem (Ed) and brother-in-law Robert Voth. Marvin is predeceased by his sister Marilyn Voth. 

Many remember Marvin as the owner of Welland Tower and Antenna Service and Satellite Sales and Service which served the community since 1970. He installed TV towers and radio communication towers as far away as Thunder Bay. His hardworking skills and traits have been passed on to his family. Marvin enjoyed a good Nascar race, a good meal including sweets and a good game of euchre with friends.

Cremation has been taken place, and a private family service will be held later.
