Obituary of Lenora Berkau

BERKAU, Lenora Iris (nee Goertz) - Has completed her walk through the valley of the shadow of death, into the presence of her Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at Grand River Hospital, Kitchener. Lenora aged 73 years. Devoted wife of Werner. Dear mother of Angela, Karsten (Dayna) and Theo. Proud grandmother of Orin & Toby. Loving sister of Violet Kliewer, Lillian Loewen, Orlando Goertz (predeceased), Kenneth Goertz, Wilfred Goertz (predeceased), Gerald Goertz and Rosalie Fournier. Family will receive friends at the VINELAND CHAPEL of the TALLMAN FUNERAL HOMES, 3277 King St. on Wednesday, July 17 from 7-8:30pm and again on Thursday, July 18 from 10-11am. Funeral Service will take place in the Chapel on at 11 am with reception to follow in the Tallman Fireside Room. Interment in Niagara Lake Shore Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Gideons or Mennonite Central Committee.
