He was born May 8, 1939 in Culemborg, The Netherlands, Died December 20, 2016 in St. Catharines. Beloved husband for 51 years of Jackie. Father of Dan Louws and Len Louws and Beth and Stephan deBie . Loving grandfather to Alexander (Heather) Louws, Matthew Louws, Jon (Alexis) Louws, Carrie Lyn deBie, William deBie and Matthias deBie. Brother of Fred (Patti) Louws. Son-in-law of Leu Nieuwenhuizen. Brother-in-law of Tom (deceased) and Joan Nieuwenhuizen, Willy Nieuwenhuizen, Dave and Corry Bowley, John Nieuwenhuizen, Bill and Ineke Nieuwenhuizen, Bas and Joanne Groenenboom, and Jim Nieuwenhuizen. The family will receive friends at the Vineland Chapel of Tallman Funeral Homes, 3277 King St. on Friday, December 23, 2016 from 2-4 p.m. The funeral service will be at the Netherlands Reformed Congregation, 1142 Lakeshore Rd. W., St. Catharines on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Vineland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Ebenezer Christian School.
