Obituary of Sam Balint

BALINT, Sam – At McNally House, on Saturday, February 11, 2017, passed away in the presence of his family, into the presence of his Saviour. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 63 years, Myrla ( nee Honsberger); children, Jane (Ken) Martens, Marianne (Stephen) Cowley, Randy (Janet) Balint and Lorraine (Mark) Rosa; grandchildren, Christine (Brad), Jason (Stephanie), Jeff; Jayme, Bethany, Matthew; Spenser, Ryan; Shannon (Jon), Sarah and 9 great grandchildren. Also survived by his brother Stanley (Myrtle) and sister-in-law Marka Balint. Predeceased by a daughter Laurianne (1956), brothers, John, Paul, Dennis, Eddie; sisters, Susan Beerman and Annie Kamenda. The family will receive friends at the VINELAND CHAPEL of the TALLMAN FUNERAL HOMES, 3277 King St. on Tuesday, February 14th from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Interment at Lane’s Cemetery prior to the Funeral Service which will be held at St. Ann’s Community Church on Wednesday, February 15th at 1 pm. If desired, memorial donations to McNally House or St. Ann’s Community Church Building Fund would be appreciated.
