I was deeply saddened to hear of Frank's passing. I had the pleasure of knowing both him and Caron during my time at City Hall. Though seventeen years have passed since I last saw Frank, the picture of him here with that wonderful smile of his, unchanged over time, brought a lot of good memories to mind.
To Caron and Kyle, my heart goes out to you both during this very difficult time.

Beyond this time of sorrow waits the warm remembering."

I worked with Frank at the City of Hamilton. He was a terrific person. All connected to him are the better for knowing him. We live on Vancouver Island now or I would have been there to share my joy for having known him and my tears for not having him in life.

I had the honour of working with Frank on various events and committees throughout my time in Scouting. He is a straightforward and fair man who brought integrity to the roles he held. His and Caron's hospitality was always appreciated - whenever I had to drop off paperwork (or whatever) I could never leave their house without a chat and a drink before driving back to Niagara. Thoughts and prayers to Caron and family. Have fun on your next adventure Frank !

So sorry to hear the loss of such a terrific person. Always enjoyed Frank's visits to Scout Shop and his words of wisdom.
Unfortunately I will be at Scout Camp on Saturday and can't attend the service but I will be thinking Of Frank and remembering his contributions to Scouting as I and my Scouts get muddy!
