Obituary of John Anthony Kozlowski

John Anthony Kozlowski, 55, passed away peacefully in his sleep August 9, 2017 at his home in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos.
John’s youthful spirit touched the lives of everyone he met. He never lacked a witty comment and was generous with his humour, bringing a smile to everyone he encountered.
He leaves behind his loving partner and best friend of 15 years, Margaret Smith (nee Hamilton), his children Korbin and Josie Kozlowski, and Jaclynne Kearns (Will). Also remembered by his granddaughter Charlotte Kearns, his mother Josephine Kozlowski and his father the late Bruno, his six siblings, his extended Hamilton family and an abundance of nieces and nephews – ‘favourite Uncle John’ will be missed greatly.
The service will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 135 Livingston Ave., Grimsby, L3M 5J6 on September 8th at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) to honour John’s particular brand of goofiness that charmed children the world over.
A special thank you is extended to John’s friends in Turks and Caicos. His life there reflected the best of him, and gave him joy, peace and fulfillment. We are grateful.
