Obituary of Margaret Tamminga
Tamminga, Margaret Grace - On Friday, October 6, 2017 the Lord took to Himself Margaret Tamminga in her 62nd year. She will be lovingly remembered by her parents, John and Corrie and her siblings, Jack and Nelly, Peter and Mary, Anthony and Grace, Dave and Dinie, Carolyn and Tim and by many nieces and nephews. The Bethesda staff, her friends and roommates will lovingly remember her as well, as they were as much part of her family.
Margaret had special needs (cerebral palsy) and was deaf and mute from birth. She lived in Pine Rest, Grand Rapids, MI for 20 years, and since 1980 has lived in the Bethesda Homes, Vineland, ON. We thank the many staff and caregivers who have been part of her life for many years, for their love, care and support.
Visitation will take place at Vineland Free Reformed Church on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the Vineland Free Reformed Church, 3685 King St., Vineland ON. Interment will follow the funeral service at the Vineland Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Bethesda Foundation.
