Dear Family,
Mary was one of my longest best friends. We met 50 years ago in 1967 when she came to Akron, Pennsylvania to serve for two years with Mennonite Central Committee in Germany. After we both returned to North America, I enjoyed many Christmases with her and her family, visited each other frequently and had many long, long distance phone calls, even explored San Francisco together. I enjoyed learning to know Art and Kay, Doug, Gerald, nieces and nephews. They were all very fond of her and she of them. Mary was always "dressed to the nines," hosted her friends and family often, was dedicated to her church, and loved her family, Now the last years of her life have come to an end and we rejoice that she has been released from her suffering. I wish I could be at the service today. I will be thinking about all of you.

I would like to send my Condolences to the EPP Family.
Mary Epp was such a kind person and always had time to speak to myself and Debbie whenever our paths crossed. Being the Nephew of Kay Wall there were many times when I had the pleasure of interacting with Mary and have fond memories of doing so.
Although not a true aunt, Mary sure felt like she was.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this humble time
Mike and Debbie Wall
