Peacefully on Monday Dec 4 2017, Metta van Staalduinen (Verkade) was taken home to be with her Lord in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Klaas (Clarence) van Staalduinen, loved mother of Len and Carole, Wilma, Stuart and Liz, Clarence and Tina.  Dear Oma to Jeannie (Duane), Michelle, Tara, Lenny (Jamila), Matthew (Beth), Rachel (Brent), Stuart (Charmaine), Tyler (Karyssa), Eric (Brittany), Evan, Ean. Predeceased by her Grand Son Sean. Great -Oma to many loved and cherished Great Grand children. Dear Sister to Drieka and George VanSpronsen, Jack and Carrie Verkade, Joop and Marie Verkade. Visitation will be at Tallman Funeral Home Vineland on Thursday Dec 7th from 7-9 PM.  A service of Remembrance will take place at Tallman Funeral Home Vineland on Friday Dec 8th at 1PM. A private interment will be held prior to the service.
