Obituary of Alfred Hudson

Hudson, Alfred Ernest - Alfred Ernest Hudson passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday November 12, 2013. Loving and devoted husband to Betty Jane (Link) for 59 years. Cherished father of Gary Hudson (2012) and his wife Sharon, Karen McGinnis (Glenn) and Janet Hudson. Proud and loving papa to Kassie and Emily Hudson, Greg and Lia McGinnis and Holly, Janine and Kailey Thomas. Life-long best buddy of Rudy Schindel. Alf will be remembered for his love of his family, and his passion for hard work and new challenges. Alf always said that a person can do anything in life...he just had to put his mind to it...and he did. The family will receive friends on Friday November 15 from 1-3pm with a funeral service at 3pm at the Vineland Chapel of TALLMAN FUNERAL HOMES, 3277 King St., Vineland. Private interment at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Cayuga, to be held at a later date. If desired, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
