Obituary of Elsie Loveman

Loveman, Elsie (nee Goertzen) - Died peacefully at her residence surrounded by loved ones on January 27, 2014 in her 83rd year. Predeceased by husband Bill Loveman, sons Allan and Herbie Shellenberg and brothers Ernie, Frank and John Goertzen. Elsie will be deeply missed by daughter Elvera (Stephen) Ciazynski, grandsons Chris (Debbie), Brian and Greg. She leaves a twin sister, Hilda and brothers Edward and Victor and will be fondly remembered by nieces, nephews and many friends. Elsie's love of learning and gift of music enabled her to serve in her church for many years playing piano, singing and volunteering. She was a past member of the Sunshine Singers, Mandolin Orchestra and Niagara Old Tyme Fiddlers. Funeral Service will take place on Monday, February 3rd at 11:00am at the Vineland Chapel of Tallman Funeral Homes 3277 King St. Vineland with visitation one hour prior. Interment at Victoria Lawn Cemetery, St.Catharines. If desired, memorial donations to Wellspring Niagara or Gideon Bibles would be appreciated by the family. A Celebration of Life will also take place on Sunday, Febraury 23rd at 2:30pm at Ina Grafton-Gage Home, St. Catharines.
