Obituary of Ivan Erb

ERB, Ivan Earl - Passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 16th at the St. Catharines General Hospital, at the age of 61. Ivan leaves behind his loving mother, Cora. He is predeceased by his father Leo in 1988. Ivan is survived by his brother Gary of St. Catharines, sisters Sharon Bilinski (late husband Carl) of Burlington, Debbie Paradisi (Bruce) of Stoney Creek, and brother David (Ann) of St. Catharines. He will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews, Anthony and Amanda Bilinski, Andrew and Jackie Paradisi, and Ben and Matt Erb. Ivan enjoyed many hobbies including fishing, working on his computer, watching NFL games and old movies . He will always be remembered by his family and friends as a quiet and caring man. The family wish to thank the doctors and nurses of the third floor at St. Catharines General Hospital for their care and compassion. As per Ivan's wishes there will be no public visitation. Cremation has taken place. There will be a private burial and celebration of Ivan's life at a later date. Arrangements are handled by the Tallman Funeral Home in Vineland. If desired, donations to the Heart and Stroke, Kidney Foundation or the St. Catharines General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
