Obituary of Elaine Srigley

SRIGLEY, Elaine June - Graduated into everlasting glory April 10, 2014, at the age of 85, into the presence of her indescribably wonderful Lord and Saviour, JESUS CHRIST, to whom she gave her heart and was born again at the age of 4. Since then she has faithfully loved HIM and by continuous prayer and faith saw each of her seven children come to eternal life by that same wonderful Saviour. Her husband Orlan preceded her to heaven in 2009. Several of her children and grandchildren were present singing about heaven as she departed this earthly life. God blessed Elaine and Orlan richly with Dianne (Richard Barron), Larry (Linda), Linda (Vic Enns), Marvin (Debby), Cathy, Dale(Debbie) and Darryl (Kristine), as well as 18 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Visitation is at the TALLMAN FUNERAL HOME, 3277 King St. Vineland on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. Her homegoing celebration by family and friends will take place at Twenty Valley Community Church, Victoria Ave in Vineland on Wednesday April 16, 2014 at 11 a.m. with interment following in anticipation of the future resurrection of her earthly body at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens in Fonthill. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the United Mennonite Home in Vineland where she received wonderful care from the loving staff. Mother, we will miss you greatly but we will run our race with patience and see and sit with you at the great MARRIAGE SUPPER OF THE LAMB. Until then our hearts will go on singing of JESUS and with joy hold firmly to faith in HIM.
