Obituary of Gerben (Gordon) Bruinsma

Bruinsma, Gerben (Gordon) - God called home his child on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at the age of 76. Loving husband of Menny for 6 years and Winnie (2006) for 45 years. Dear father of Lisa and Steve VanderKuip and Annette (2007) and Tom Lammer (Katharine). Cherished and devoted Opa of Kurtis, Sara, Ryan and Connor. Brother of Teresa deJong (2013), Bill, Janny Verkuyl, Homer, Peter, Shirley Banks, Ann Leppard and Larry and their spouses. The family will receive friends at Covenant Christian Reformed Church, 278 Parnell Rd., St. Catharines on Sunday, June 22 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held at the church on Monday, June 23 at 11am. Private family interment prior to service. Gordon had many interests and especially loved to be with kids. In honour of this, if desired, memorial donations may be made to Beacon Christian School.
