Obituary of George Savage

SAVAGE, George Laurier - After a strong, courageous battle with cancer at his home on September 22, 2014, George Savage, aged 39 years. Loving husband of Jennifer and dear father of Taylor and Jordyn. Beloved son of George & Pat Savage. Dear brother of Robert (Jennifer) and uncle of Nathaniel, Sophia and Sophie. Loved grandson of Carmel Gauthier. The family will receive friends at the VINELAND CHAPEL of TALLMAN FUNERAL HOMES, 3277 King St. on Wednesday from 2-4,7-8:30pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Cathedral of St. Catherine of Alexandria Roman Catholic Church, 67 Church St., St. Catharines on Thursday, September 25 at 10am. Cremation to follow. A celebration of life will take place in Ottawa at a later date. A special thanks to the incredible and knowledgeable staff in the Oncology Department at Juravinski Cancer Centre and Hospital. If desired, memorial donations to the Juravinski Cancer Center would be appreciated.
