TAYLOR, Edith Mary (Neale), "Her life was full, she savoured much, good friends, good times, a loved one's touch" On September 22, 2014, in her 91st year, Forever remembered by her children - Kent (Christine), Bonnie (Jim), Linda (Roy), Cathy (Morris), John (Nancy), Grandchildren - Randy Taylor (Lori), Wendy Janzen (Jodi), Jill Wirzman (Brent), Ron Pulchincki (Miriam), Kerri Gillings, Brad Malton (Michelle), Greg Malton (Julie), Joanne Tenyenhuis (Steve), Jenn Ferguson (Rick), Steve Rempel, Scott Rempel (Kristen), Jake Taylor, Neale Taylor, 17 Great Grandchildren, and sister-in-law Joyce Neale. Predeceased by her husband, Jack and grandson, Jim Gillings, and all of her brothers and sisters. Mary was born in England on October 23, 1923, a fraternal twin, and one of 8 children to parents Robert and Edith Neale. The family came to Canada in 1926, eventually settling in Grimsby. Mary and Jack married in 1944, and they lived and raised their family on Lincoln Avenue in Beamsville. They travelled through the years most often to Florida. After Jack passed away, Mary lived at The Orchards in Vineland, and then Albright Manor. Mary was an extraordinary woman, a constant volunteer, giving many years' service to St. Alban's Anglican Church, Blood Donor Clinics, Albright Manor, and the Beamsville Kinettes. She was an avid golfer, enjoying a life membership at Twenty Valley Golf Club, where she achieved a "Hole in One" at the age of 76. Although Mary never had a driver's licence, she could always find a way to the "Club". With thanks to Albright Manor, especially the 3rd floor nursing staff, for the many years of excellent care. Cremation has taken place. Visitation, Thursday, October 9, 6:30 - 8:30 pm, Tallman Funeral Homes, 3277 King Street, Vineland. Memorial Service at Tallman Vineland Chapel, Friday, October 10, 2:30 pm, with a reception to follow in the Fireside Room. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Albright Manor Foundation, or West Lincoln Memorial Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
