I knew Rev Pereboom, many years ago. When the family lived in Williamsburg, Ontario. I was boyhood friends with Pieter and Bert especially. Rev. Pereboom (rotating with other pastors of various faiths) would come to our public school and talk to the students about a bible passage or give a lesson about bible study. I always remembered his kindness and his compassion. He was a wonderful man...always making time to listen and share a kind word. To his family, I offer my sympathies and my prayers.
