Obituary of James Kenneth Wong

WONG, JAMES KENNETH - At Juravinski Cancer Centre on July 30, 2015 at age 77. Jimmy was predeceased by his father Donald L. Vance. He will be forever loved and remembered by his wife Linda, mother Norma (Vance) Instrall, sister Janet (Larry) Barber, daughter Kim (Brad) Verrall, daughter Tracy (Rick) Duerden and grandchildren Hayley, Leah, Hannah and Ben. He will be missed by his nieces, nephew and their children, as well as by his many church friends and neighbours. Jimmy was an employee at the Hamilton Spectator for 35 years before he retired. And He will raise you up on eagle's wings, Bear you on the breath of dawn, Make you to shine like the sun, And hold you in the palm of His hand. Cremation will take place. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2015 at 10 am at Lakemount Worship Centre (Grimsby), followed by a celebration‎ of life at 11 am. Interment will take place at a later date at County of Brant Cemeteries in Paris, ON.
