Obituary of Kenneth Shano

Shano, Kenneth – On Sunday, April 8, 2018 at the age of 67 Kenneth completed his earthly journey and arrived at his heavenly destination.  He passed away peacefully while surrounded by his loved ones after a brief battle with cancer.  Beloved husband of Gloria; loving father of Kelly (Steve) Kocsis, Kathy (Jose) Pereira, Cheryl (Johnny) Nezic, Jason (Deanna) Grist.  Beloved Papa of Alyssa (Ezron), Andrea, Julie, Todd, Aiden, Aaron and Ben.  Also survived by his sister Mary Little and predeceased by his sisters Philomena McNeil and Frances Dupuis.  He was also loved by many nieces and nephews. 

The family will receive friends at the Vineland Chapel of Tallman Funeral Homes, 3277 King St., on Thursday 7 – 9 p.m. and Friday 11 – 12 noon.  The Funeral Service will be in the chapel at Noon.  Cremation.  A reception will follow in the Tallman Firseside Room.  Special thank you to all the staff at the St. Catharines General Hospital and a special thank you to Briar.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Central Community Church building fund  www.centralcc.ca/campaign
