Irma, Greg, Brenda, and Glen - my sincere concolences are with you with the passing of your husband and father. Peewee was one of the great men I have had the privilege of knowing and working for in my younger years. One can learn a lot about kindness, patience, good humour, and a strong work ethic...even while “standing in the hole”. He consistenly modelled these qualities. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.

Heaven is just a little more enriched than it was prior to last Friday w the passing of dear 'Uncle Peewee’ - as I always knew him. With a ready smile and a penchant for laughter, he could dig like a gopher and sing like a bird. Peewee had many gifts and talents to be sure, but the one thing I’ll forever miss is his razor sharp wit. Another light has gone out in our Reimer clan and my/our thoughts and prayers r focussed on Irm and the family; we grieve w you. We will all remember him fondly in thanks for the many ways in which he loved God and the people in our community.
Save me a spot, Uncle Peewee, in that glorious choir of heaven - ’I can only Imagine..'

Thinking of you, Irm and family. We will always think of him as “Peewee”, a great friend, and mentor as a youth leader alongside Irm. We appreciated his caring leadership of the Vineland MB youth group during the seventies. We always knew you were there for us, as was evidenced by the times a bunch of us were looking for a place to hang out and ended up at your place. Your dedication and friendship was treasured by many of us and you will be missed.

Deepest condolences to your family. All my life Walter was my Uncle Peewee and he was loved deeply in the Reimer family. Always ready with a hand to help and quick with a joke and to laugh, Walter took life day by day with an eye to the care of others. One of the lingering memories of my "Uncle" was the times he sang with my mother in duets and quartets and octets. Their voices soared in praise to the God they shared. He is now able to sing those praises untethered by earthly restrictions. Good bless.

Our sincerest condolences to you Irma and family . Walt has arrived after a good long life . Have many many fond memories of him . He was so gentle ,kind and always ready to help/work. I so well remember him coming all the way to Camp to dig wells etc . He did a number of digging jobs for us on the farm . Jobs that seemed impossible to do , he did with ease and expertise . He could do anything with his excavator . You have a wonderful legacy and wonderful memories , and so do we.
God bless you and keep you in His care .

Irma and family,
I mourn the passing of Walt. He was one of my favourite people from my home town. He was a coach, a boss (for a bit), a mentor, a pillar of the community, the father of a friend, and a friend of mine. Earning and maintaining his respect meant a lot to me. I always tried to connect during my infrequent trips to Vineland. I am happy that Morag and Sam had the chance to get to know Walt. His was, in my view, a life well lived. But I will miss him. Our thoughts are with you.

My earliest memories of PeeWee and Irm is the wonderful work we did together with the youth at Vineland MB Church. it was such a privilege work together with them on the executive. Their home was open to us any time of day or night! Such an inspiration to the many youth that went through their doors. PeeWee maintained his genuine love and joy and humor whenever we met again over the years. You will not be forgotten!

Dear Irma, Greg, Bev, Sammy, Brooke, and Troy...
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. We are saddened to hear about Walter's passing.
Over my hockey years I was around many teammates and their families. People came and left; but Greg and Walter Reimer still remain very near and dear to me. I'll never forget Walter watching from the stands, proudly watching his granddaughter Samm. After the game, he always made a point to come up to me and our hockey friends to wish us a good game or pass along some sort of comment. Walter's excitement for hockey and watching Samm's team play was something special. There was something different about Walter and he will forever be one of my favourite hockey grandpa's.
Samm spoke very fondly about her grandfather; she spoke about his love, and more importantly, his work ethic.
I'm truly grateful for all of these wonderful memories and for having the Reimer family in my life.
