Obituary of Agnes Nettie Goerz

Goerz, Agnes Nettie – Passed on to eternity on May 4^th, 2018 at her home in Heritage Place in her 92^nd year.  She is survived by her sisters, Anne Wall, Frieda Neufeld and Margaret Goerz. 

Beloved mother of Susan Heidebrecht (Willy), Ed Goerz (Anne), and Frank Goerz.  Grandma of Debbie LaHaise (Rob), Sandy Heidebrecht, Frank and Jennifer Goerz and Great Grandma to Sarah, Michael and Katie LaHaise.

Nettie was predeceased by her parents Peter and Anna Enns and husband Frank, her sisters, Lena and Hilda, and brother Peter. 

We extend our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to the incredibly caring staff at Heritage Place (Radiant Care) as well as Dr. Reimer.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday from 6 - 8pm and again at 10 a.m. on May 9, 2018 at Niagara United Mennonite Church followed by the service at 11 a.m. in celebration of Nettie’s life. 

Interment will take place at Niagara Lake Shore Cemetery immediately following the service.  In lieu of flowers, donations to Mennonite Central Committee or the Chaplaincy Program at Pleasant Manor (Radiant Care) would be appreciated by the family.
