I remember Stan going around and starting all the buses in town when it was really cold out. He was a great guy. My condolences to your family.

I knew Stan from working at Laidlaw. He was an amazing , caring man. He even came out to my house to give us lessons on pruning plum trees. You were one in a million Stan. The world isnt the same without you. My condolences to all his family

My deepest sympathies, Stan was a amazing man who was loved by all who knew him.
He will be sadly missed by many school bus drivers from Babcock and Laidlaw Transit his gift of making the "'Stanley lock "'or the hockey stick ice scraper kept the buses safe and rolling. Rest in Peace Stan

I’m so sorry to hear of Stan’s passing. I worked with him at Babcock and Laidlaw. He was such an amazing person. I loved talking to him and he always listened and was willing to help in any way. It was a sad day for me when he left that garage. But when I saw him again as a crossing guard I was so happy. I still drive bus and would watch for him when I did a run in Beamsville. He will be missed by many. He was one in a million and I’m very sorry for your loss.

My condolences to Stan's family. He was a very kind hearted man. He will be missed by the students of Jacob Beam and those who have graduated. I miss the daily waves as I pull into work and chatting with him as he helped me safely cross the street on a lunch break. May he rest in peace.
