We were so sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom, she was such a wonderful kind women, it was a great privilege and honour to grow up with all of you across the road from us. Your mom was like a second Mom, one who you could rum to if our Mom wasn't there. I am sorry my Dad {Jack} can't come to the funeral, his hearing is poor, and he has become a bit unsteady, and finds large groups very difficult . We have told him of Alice's passing, and he asked me to tell you how sorry he was that you have lost your Mom, and he has lost a long time friend. I do know how hard it is to loose a mother, but it is wonderful that in the years to come you will have such wonderful memories, that will replace some of the sadness you feel today.
