Hi Melanie,
I was a friend of Graham (we used to talk on the phone every so often). I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. I really liked Graham, he was a really good friend to have and to talk to. He will be greatly missed for sure. Anyways, you and your family are in my prayers and remember to keep leaning on Jesus (in the good and bad times)

I was greatly saddened to hear of your loss.
I worked with Graham at Radio Shack in the very early 80's and he was such a delight to work along side. His brilliant testimony and witness for Jesus shone through in everything he did and to all of the customers and co-workers. He had such a quiet and soft spoken demeanor and truly took an interest in all he talked to. I remember that he seemed to have child like wonder and curiosity in all things. It was wonderful to have known him; he enriched my life.
May you feel God's comfort and presence in your journey ahead. "Absent from the body, present with the Lord".

I am deeply saddened to find that one of the kindest most guileless people I have ever known is no longer with us. Graham had always been an inspiration to me with his consistent demeanor of cheerfulness and kindness. Coupled with the sheer joy with which he played the guitar fills me with a sense of loss. We are richer for having known him and poorer for having lost him so early.
God always seems to me to take back to himself earliest those whom He loves the most...He will be missed

Very sorry to hear of your loss. Graham was a great friend of mine when we were teenagers in Niagara Falls. He was aways a loving, kind, sincere, gentle, sensitive, funny, godly and very talented person who I admired enormously. My first band experience was playing with Graham and Dave (and Pete too I think) in the Brigade talent show. I'll forever associate him with Phil Keaggy's song "What a Day" that we sang together endlessly in the early 70's (Graham strumming his nylon-string classical guitar, both of us straining for the high notes)... and the lyrics seem so appropriate now: "When I get home, my eternal home, there'll be no more sick or dying. No one is sad, no one is alone and there will be no more crying. He will wipe away every tear from his children's eyes and put a smile upon their faces. What a happy day when we see our Lord in paradise, crowned as King of kings. What a day, that will be! Oh what a day that will be!" I'm sure this was Graham's great hope throughout his life--and may it be your comfort during this time of sadness.

I lost touch with Graham when I moved east of Toronto 30 years ago. However, I used to be good friends with him when we both lived in Niagara Falls. When we were teenagers, we played in a church band together (he was a great guitarist, I was a not-so-great bassist) but we made it work. We also got together a lot in non-band situations, at either his place or mine. Our parents homes were within walking distance so it was easy for us to meet. We had a lot of good times ! I do remember, several years ago, seeing him play at Balls Falls during the Thanksgiving event there. I was impressed how good he had gotten at the guitar. I could tell he loved his music. We did have a few minutes to talk, but then he had to get back to the band. See you in heaven one day.
