Obituary of Irene Mary von Bargen

von Bargen, Irene (nee Keller) - May 26, 1945-March 11, 2016. A cherished friend of many, Irene was a lover of life, her family, travelling, reading and gardening. Irene will be sadly missed and always remembered for her generosity, thoughtfulness and loving heart. Irene was adored for her brilliant blue eyes and beautiful smile that would light up any room. She is survived by her beloved husband of 51 years Henry, her sons Bryan (Lorraine) and Kevin (Audrey), and cherished grandchildren Spenser, Fraser, Maxwell and Lorelei. A resident of St. Anns and Beamsville region most of her life, Irene is preceded by her parents Walter and Alice, and brother Frank (Heike). Irene, most recently, enjoyed volunteering at Grimsby Benevolent Fund. Family and friends will be celebrating Irene’s life on Saturday, March 19, 2016 between the hours of 2 and 4 p.m. at Tallman Fireside Room located at 3275 King Street, Vineland.
