Obituary of Frances Pauline Chayka

It is with great sadness that the family of Frances Chayka announces her passing on Friday, November 2nd, 2018, at the age of 88. She has joined her beloved husband Morris and son Morris Jr. “Lubko”, and is survived by her children Ramona (Danny), Terry (Mary-Ann), and Donna (Stephen). She will also be remembered by her grandchildren Andrew, Katherine (Adam), Meghan (Neil), Laura (Mike), John (Kathryn), Samantha, and Marshall and great granddaughter Capri.

Frances will also be reunited with her parents, Paul and Ann Zayack, brother Walter, brother-in-law Ken, and niece Lisa. She will always be remembered and loved by her sisters, Helen (Peter), and Olga, as well as her nieces and nephews: Timmy, Kathy, Darlene, and Danny.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 6th, between 1:30pm and 4:00pm at the Tallman Funeral Home, 3277 King St, Vineland, ON L0R 2C0. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 7th, at St. John’s Ukrainian Catholic Church, 91 Lakeshore Rd, St. Catharines, ON L2N 2T6.

Donations in memory of Frances can be made either at the Tallman Funeral Home or at the Church Parish Office.
