Obituary of Jocelyn Ruth Eller

Eller, Jocelyn - Born on November 20, 1934 in St. Catharines, Ontario, Jocelyn (‘Jo’) passed away peacefully in her sleep in the early morning hours of November 11, 2018 with her family at her side. She was predeceased by her sister Barbara Boyd and parents Quinn and Gordon Beamish. Jocelyn will be sadly missed by her family: Lynn and Fraser Roy, sister Carol Koeslag and grandchildren Kathryn, Adam and Nathan Roy, as well as her many nieces and nephews whom she fondly cared for.  She is remembered and survived by Lawrence and Raine Eller. 

Her church communities in Grimsby, Vineland, Beamsville and Jordan held a special place in her heart. With her avid interest in music, gardening, history and art she became a dedicated and loyal friend to many throughout the Niagara community.

A very special thanks to the amazing people that came into our lives providing compassionate care for our mom. We are forever grateful to Care providers and volunteers at McNally House.

A funeral service will take place Friday, November 16, 2018 at the Vineland Chapel of Tallman Funeral Homes, 3277 King St, Vineland,  at 11 a.m. with reception to follow in the Tallman Fireside Room. Interment at Pleasantview Cemetery, Fonthill.  Donations in memory of Jocelyn can be made to McNally House Hospice or St.John’s Presbyterian Church, Grimsby.
