Dearest Karen and Family. Condolences on the passing of Stan. Although he and I are only 3 years apart in age, back in the old days when I was a "little kid", Stan was a "big kid" so we did not play together too much. God loves good guys and Stan was a Good Guy. Bless you all. Bob Corbett

We were all so saddened to hear about Stan’s passing. We are thinking about you all and hope you find strength in the memories you all share. My family all related very much with your family. Stan came to Extendicare shortly after my dad Brian Bradshaw did. We were going through something so similar. We enjoyed getting to know you all and are sad to hear about Stan. Please know we are all thinking about you. Tom and Nicola Kent, Andrea Whitelaw, Joelle Bradshaw and Sandra and Brian Bradshaw. Xoxo

Stan has been in my life for almost 60 years, and Syd even longer. We have shared teen-aged parties and school dances, holidays at the cottage, a portage deep into the Algonquin, and many, many hours of euchre, family gatherings with the Burtt clan, and the ever-present music. So many wonderful memories to keep him in our hearts! Good night, Stan. God bless.

Goodbye, Uncle Stan – to me, you were always the rascal with the heart of gold! Thanks for all the laughs, all the playful teasing, and all the hours we spent together fishing at the cottage. Best of all, thanks for playing guitar and singing to us at night around the bonfire in Wainfleet, all those years ago. You inspired me to do the same!
