Bill was a very special person to me who cared so much. I work at New Horizons on the weekends and every weekend he would come to the front desk and we would have such interesting conversations. He would always inquire about my schooling and my job hunting. He always encouraged me when I was sad about not finding a full-time job. And his kind words and wisdom are still with me. He shared all his amazing pictures he took and I loved how he always updated himself with new technology! I was so excited to share that I have found a job, but unfortunately I didn't know about his passing until I got to work. He will always be remembered and my prayers are with his family and friends. I'll miss you Bill :(.

My father, Albert, lives in the New Horizons Tower. He himself is in the hospital right now, but always speaks fondly of their conversations during meals at 'the gentlemen's table'. He said everyone will miss him very much.
I really enjoyed Bill's service today.
What a life well-lived. And curious to the end.
A lovely lesson about approaching life, and he certainly embodied the term 'New Horizons'. It sounds like he always had his eyes on some.
Condolences on behalf of my father, and from our family.
I find, however, I am left feeling inspired. I'm glad I met him.

Sebastian and I only had the pleasure of meeting Bill once. As a family we were so impressed by Bill's kindness to our teenage son, interested in pursuing a career in Industrial Design. He invited us into his home, and spent an evening sharing his vast knowledge, projects past and present, and tips in the industry. In our hockey filled home, we were quite impressed to hear from Bill about designing the CCM Paul Henderson helmet. His stories were great, and Andy wishes Bill had met up with his late father years ago to share their mutual love of old aviation craft. Truthfully, to this day, every time I cycle past a bike ring, I think of Bill. Our sincere condolences to Bill's family and friends.
Fond regards,
Nancy, Andy, & Sebastian

John, my sincere condolences to you and your siblings on the loss of your oldest brother Bill. You must have many fond memories of your much older brother. Bill finished Maple Grove public school before I arrived in 1947. The only vivid memory I have of Bill is the bike races he organized after school at Sleepy Hollow when I was in Grade 8 and you were in Grade 7. What a thrill to rush to our bikes on the lawn and then navigate the course through the bush. My racing career ended when I crashed into the creek(crick) and broke forks. What a rich and fulfilled lives your Coffmans lived and shared with us at Sleepy Hollow. I wish you God's peace and you gather to remember and celebrate a life well lived...Edgar Rogalski

My sincerest condolences to Bill’s family membersand friends. One of my fondest memories of Bill was a summer day when he and I toured the aviation museum together in Ottawa. He had so many interesting stories and details to share about the many aircraft on display. It was a real treat that I will not forget.

Very sad news on the passing of Bill, a keen advocate for the modelling community in Toronto. I had the pleasure of knowing Bill over a number of years in this community. My condolences to his family!
