Dear Brenda Mark & families
Missing my dear friend Willie & remembering all the fond memories of hearing stories of his youth & upbringing in Newfoundland, his help & advise, dinners out, our sunset fish & chips at Port Dalhousie, & my favorite memory of seeing his serene bliss with the newest member of his wonderful loving extended family laying sleeping peacefully on his lap at the multi-generation Thanksgiving party I was so honoured to be a part of. Thanks for that Dana! Always remembered with loving thoughts. Lin McCoy

A great picture of a great man. He was kind, thoughtful and caring. I called him "Willing Willie" because he was always willing to help anyone and everyone whenever they needed him. He was very patient, too. My husband walked past him many times a day at GCM and asked him the same question every time: "How tall are you?" and every time he smiled and graciously answered, "six feet two". My condolences to the family as you learn to live with such a huge empty space in your lives. I thank God for giving him to you all these years and for giving me the gift of his friendship. I will miss him.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Uncle Willy. So many memories of my childhood growing up, visiting him and Aunt Donna. Having fun with Mark and Brenda. Aunt Donna and her famous sugar plums were amazing. I always will remember this as my safe haven growing up, when things got tuff at home I always told my dad I was running away to Uncle Willy's will you drive me!. RIP Uncle Willy now you and Aunt Donna can watch over your family together! Dad was blessed to have such a good friend!
