Having just heard of your dad's passing a few moments ago I am so saddened by this news. Hans was a remarkable man who was a genius when it came to organizing the flow of work in his shop but beyond that, and more importantly, he was an honorable employer for whom I have huge respect. I humbly considered him a friend because he always made me feel that way even though I was so much his junior.
May you find much grace as you celebrate his excellent life.
