Stan is a man we look forward to seeing in heaven. My favourite memories are of him working alongside his grandkids and the Calvary youth building a radio tower in Venezuela. Stan thank you for the wonderful family members you produced. Looking forward to seeing you in heaven decked out with your jewels! God speed brother!

I will always remember Stan's dedication and faithfulness as volunteer leader of the youth group at Calvary, when I was a teen. I know now how critical the teen years are in a person's social and spiritual development. God used Stan to have a positive impact on me and many others. I will forever be grateful for this. Thank You Stan! I pray God's grace on the "Clayson Clan" as you travel together today, tomorrow and in the days to come. Unfortunately my commitments in Waterloo don't allow me to attend the visitation or the service but please know you are not forgotten at this time. May you know God's grace and care. Bill Horne

Many fond memories of our time at Calvary with you all! My prayers and blessings are with you as you say your earthly good bye to such a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. What a blessing to know that you will see him again and have him show you around heaven with Jesus!

Dear Aunt Anne & family,
There are all kinds of memories that come to mind when I think of Uncle Stan. Some of the outstanding memories are: Uncle Stan and family living on the original farm with us until I was age 7; riding the pig loader that Uncle Stan made; having him as youth leader while I was in my teens and attending extended family gatherings. I’m sorry I will be unable to attend Uncle Stan’s funeral, but I will certainly be thinking about all of you. Love, Ruth

Anne our thoughts are with you and your family. We will remember Stan, walking briskly down the streets of Smithville with his broad smile. Shopping in our Hardware Store and getting his banking done on his trip into town. Our sincere sympathies. Janet and Daryl

My condolences to the Clayson family.
Stan was a major influence in my life, from childhood through youth group and into adulthood. He was a humble and godly man who wanted to live well for the Lord and he did just that. He will be missed by many, but I’m so grateful for the hope we have of meeting again when God calls all His children home at last.

Stanley finished his race well. He was an example to all of how to love Jesus his Saviour, love his family and to live well. He will be missed by all who knew him.
