Frank my apologies in not attending your visitation and service. I really enjoyed, to have known you. You had a great personality and always had that great smile. Our deepest condolences. So sorry the hear the news. I was Frank's supervisor back in the late 1980's. But more importantly he was a friend. I will always remember his easygoing nature and that big smile. R.I.P. Frank.
