Dear Nathan,
I am very sorry to hear about the passing of your father. I remembered meeting him and your mom during one of your many awards ceremony at Waterloo. It was a real pleasure meeting him then, and to know that he and Susan has raised such a talented young man. I am sure he is very proud of your achievement, and what you will accomplish in the future.
My condolence to your mom (Susan) and your other siblings, and my prayers are with you all, and that God will grant you peace and comfort during this time of mourning.
