Memories of Vic include : Sunday School classmate, fellow UMEIer etc. Vic's fine bass voice and his many years in the church choir. In particular his and Hilde's leadership of the German Choir were so appreciated. The songs selected set the right tone for the Sunday morning service! I will miss his smile and friendship. May your memories of a fine man serve to console you Hilde and your family. Much love to you !!

I just found out about (Mr.) Vic Rempel's passing. He was my baptismal sponsor at Vineland back around 1972. Mr. Rempel was always kind and encouraging to me, always positive. I also remember his terrific sense of humour. In fact, it is hard for me to picture him all these years later without a smile on his face. I send my heartfelt condolences to (Mrs.) Hilde Rempel, Ken, and Kathy. My mother, Anne Friesen, also sends her condolences to the family.

Dear Hilde & Family;
I'm so sorry to hear of Vic's passing. I have such special childhood memories of your family. When I'm down to visit, it was always so nice to see you both...either sitting outside together, seeing you out for walks & holding hands, or at Church. It was clear you were the best of friends. May the Lord wrap His loving arms around each of you at this time and fill you with the Peace, Comfort & Strength only He can give.
